About us
Buildings are full of data nobody has ever really used. We change that. Square Sense helps the world's major landlords genuinely know their buildings and their tenants: how space is really used, what occupiers actually need, where value is being made or lost. We turn that into AI-powered intelligence that owners like PIMCO, British Land and Oxford Properties act on every day. This is the transformation of real estate and we're the teams making it happen.
We're an established, fast-growing AI-data company. An international team of around 30 people and many nationalities, with one mission: make real estate smarter, more responsive and more human.
The role
This is a role for someone who loves turning conversations into results and who genuinely cares about making clients' lives easier.
Two things sit at the heart of it. First, you become the daily face of our existing clients, the person they trust, who makes working with Square Sense feel effortless. Second, you keep our deals moving: chasing every proposal to a real next step, unblocking the delays that stall momentum, making sure nothing that matters ever slips.
What you'll do
- Look after our clients (you orchestrate and represent, our delivery team produces the work)
- Be the friendly, familiar face our clients rely on: quick to answer, easy to reach, always a step ahead.
- Make their life simple: coordinate with our delivery and tech teams on their behalf so they never have to chase or repeat themselves.
- Anticipate what they need before they ask, and smooth any friction before it becomes a problem.
- Keep them in the loop with clear updates and no surprises with everything running on time.
- Turn good service into a relationship they'd happily recommend.
- Keep deals moving
- Follow up on meetings and proposals and pin a real next-step date, every time.
- Unblock delays and misunderstandings
- Keep our CRM honest and the commercial picture clear.
- Bring ideas! Spot an account going quiet and do something about it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll grow into
Ownership of named growth accounts and upsell, a genuine, fast path from commercial all-rounder to revenue-owning Account Manager.
You
A doer, not a waiter. You pick up the phone. You close loops.
Organised to the last detail, nothing slips on your watch.
Someone who takes real pride in a client feeling well looked after.
Team player - it's about the team's result.
Straight and direct: "we've got a problem; here's how we move it forward."
Curious and diligent. We're an AI-data company, and you'll need to want to understand exactly what we do.
What you'll need
- 3+ years in a client-facing role, ideally B2B real estate, finance, insurance or SaaS.
- An entrepreneurial mindset. We're growing fast, adding more than a million square metres to our platform every year, in a landscape where AI and real estate are both moving quickly. We need people who thrive on that: who spot an opportunity and act, stay steady when things change, and build what doesn't exist yet rather than wait for a playbook.
- Digital-savvy, and an active adopter of AI. You're fluent with modern tools and already use AI to work faster and sharper. We're an AI company; we want people who embrace it day-to-day, not shy away from it.
- Based in Paris, and someone who likes being in the room. Open to London travels.
- Native or bilingual-level (C2) English. You'll work daily with our UK clients, on the phone and on paper.
- French is a plus, not a must.
