We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Estate Agency team.
Role Location
Sheffield (S, DE, HD, HU)
Package
- Competitive salary: £40,000 – £50,000
- OTE (guaranteed for first 4 months): £15,000 (uncapped thereafter)
- Company Car: Provided
Account Manager Responsibilities
You’ll:
- Build key relationships: Work face-to-face with partners, building strong relationships and addressing their challenges while supporting them with strategies, tools, and insights for growth.
- Maximise business opportunities: Manage and develop a portfolio of Estate Agent (EA) accounts, covering ~120 branches (~85–90% existing accounts, 5–10% new). Drive a strategic, field-based approach to improve engagement and outcomes.
- Navigate difficulties: Bring confidence and empathy to challenging situations, balancing firmness and fairness to secure positive outcomes for both partners and Rightmove.
- Drive decision-making with insights: Translate performance data and market trends into actionable opportunities, demonstrating the value of Rightmove’s tools and strategies.
- Represent Rightmove’s interests: Create tailored account plans, deliver compelling presentations, and conduct reviews to support partners in achieving their goals.
- Solve with clarity: Resolve partner queries quickly, fairly, and transparently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing, reporting, and smooth account management.
- Grow industry impact: Identify tailored campaigns, new tools, and innovative solutions to help existing partners expand.

Requirements & Skills

- B2B sales experience: Have managed accounts and grown revenue, ideally with face-to-face engagement.

Salary Range
- £40,000—£50,000 GBP (OTE increases after 4 months).
