About Tonder
Our payments infrastructure enables companies to process card payments, local payment methods, and cash payments across Latin America with a single API and one contract. We are in a very fast growth phase — small team, fast decisions, high ownership.
We're hiring Account Managers in Europe to run a portfolio of merchants across several countries.
What you'll do
- Own the relationship with a portfolio of merchants across different geos
- Track account health: approval rates, incidents, reconciliation, chargebacks
- Build performance strategies with each merchant to increase approval rates and reduce risk and fraud
- Spot growth (new payment methods, new countries, more volume) and close it
- Work with Ops, FinOps and Product to fix things fast
- Report weekly on your portfolio

What we're looking for
- 2–4 years as an Account Manager or CSM in payments or fintech (PSPs, acquiring, orchestration, BaaS)
- Fluent English; Spanish is a plus, not a requirement
- AI-native: you use AI tools every day to get work done (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Notion AI…) — non-negotiable
- Data-comfortable: you read a dashboard and know what to ask
- You want named accounts and to be measured on outcomes
- Bonus: experience with LatAm markets, local payment methods or cross-border payments
