About Right Formula
At Right Formula, we enable brands to push the limits of sports marketing through a unique blend of expertise, ingenuity, and agility. Our 360-degree approach takes brands from partnership identification through to fully integrated marketing strategies and world-class activation. With offices in the UK and US, we work with leading global brands to unlock growth through the power of sport — and Formula 1 is at the heart of what we do.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with Formula 1 experience to join our growing team in London. This is a hands-on client leadership role combining F1 partnerships, activation, hospitality, and international event delivery. You’ll work closely with major global brands to bring their F1 partnerships to life — turning strategy into action, maximising rights and assets, delivering outstanding experiences, and ensuring programmes run brilliantly from planning through to race weekend. You’ll be a trusted day-to-day client partner, managing multiple workstreams while keeping one eye firmly on the bigger picture: how can we make this partnership work harder? If you know the F1 environment, have delivered programmes around Grands Prix, and thrive on the pace and pressure that comes with it, this could be for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- 🏁 Bring F1 partnerships to life Lead the planning and delivery of partnership activations and hospitality programmes across the F1 calendar.
- 🤝 Own the client relationship Become a trusted day-to-day partner, providing clear thinking, proactive communication, and confident guidance.
- 🌍 Deliver at Grands Prix Take programmes from initial planning through to on-site execution, overseeing guest experience, logistics, suppliers, and all the details that make race weekends work.
- 📈 Maximise partnership value Understand clients’ rights and assets and make sure they’re being used effectively — identifying opportunities to optimise, innovate, and drive greater impact.
- 💡 Bring ideas, not just updates Contribute creative and strategic thinking to activation plans, presentations, and reporting. We want people who spot opportunities and bring solutions.
- 💰 Own the commercials Manage budgets, costs, suppliers, and reconciliation with strong commercial discipline and a clear understanding of account profitability.
- 📋 Keep everything moving Own timelines, roadmaps, and deliverables across multiple workstreams, keeping clients, internal teams, and partners aligned.
- 🚀 Help grow the account Stay close to client priorities, identify opportunities to add value, and work with senior leadership to deepen relationships and grow our scope.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
