Account Manager, Facilitator & Coach @ Wonderful Brilliant

About Wonderful Brilliant

Wonderful Brilliant is a People, Culture & L&D Consultancy. We partner with purpose-driven organisations who want to achieve brilliant results with their wonderful people. We love creating impact and real behaviour change and use a systems and behavioural science approach to make it happen.

We’re a small but mighty team at an exciting stage of growth; scaling our impact and looking for an Account Manager, highly skilled facilitator and qualified coach, who wants to make a lasting impact on our wonderful clients.

Our Vision

We are building a world where wonderful humans, teams and whole organisations are energised. Shifting the dial towards a more human approach to life and work where businesses are set up for their people to thrive and drive brilliant results.

Our Values

  • Brave: We’re fearless about providing the right solutions, not the easy ones; delivering the hard messages (kindly); innovating & delivering results. Fast!
  • Sustainable: Experts in People, we deliver memorable learning that lasts. We role model kindness to ourselves, each other & the planet.
  • Human: Empathetic, kind & full of energy. Our authenticity breaks the corporate mould, we celebrate and champion differences.
  • Delightful: We build amazing relationships, understand clients’ needs and work hard (and smart!). We wow & delight, and the stuff we deliver is pretty great too.

The Role (Account management, Facilitation and Coaching)

You’ll own end-to-end account management for a set of clients: creating an exceptional client experience, including delivery touch points, and helping clients maximise the value and impact from working with WB.

You’ll facilitate learning interventions and coach across our portfolio, from accredited programmes to one-off client sessions.

Our clients include challenger brands like Wild, Smol & DASH Water; larger orgs like The Design Museum and Aurora ER; and tech companies like Cambri — so you’ll work with a wide range of organisations, from global brands to growing start-ups.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to have a big impact in a start-up role, whilst maintaining a work-life fit with generous flexibility and time off.

What You’ll Do:

Account management

a.k.a delighting our clients! You’ll be the “thread” that holds the client experience together before, during and after delivery.

  • Own the client relationship for named accounts: build trust, manage stakeholders, and maintain a proactive comms cadence.
  • Coordinate a smooth client journey:
    • Handover from proposal/sales into delivery.
    • Confirm logistics and expectations ahead of sessions.
    • Send follow-ups and ensure clients receive what they need after sessions (resources, next steps, etc.).
  • Delight at every opportunity: anticipate needs, notice the details, and “go beyond” in the moments that matter, while staying organised, efficient and calm.
  • Support impact & evaluation:
    • Encourage strong engagement with feedback (learner and/or manager where relevant).
    • Capture outcomes and themes that support client storytelling and renewal conversations.
    • Commercially driven: Help clients see what’s possible next and support team with account growth conversations where appropriate.
  • Support business development through a range of activity such as posting on LinkedIn, being active in communities and representing WB at networking events/ conferences (ultimately shout about us from the rooftops!)
  • Feed into operational improvements: improve templates, ways of working, client comms, and internal systems as we scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
