Territory Business Manager - Dental
Scotland & North East England
£40,000-£50,000 + 25% uncapped bonus + company car + full benefits
An exciting opportunity to join a global healthcare organisation with a long legacy of innovation in a high-growth commercial role. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dental salesperson, orthodontic professional or clinically experienced candidate looking to develop their career into a territory-based commercial position.
You'll be representing a well-established portfolio across Dental and Orthodontics, working with dental professionals and key decision-makers to develop existing accounts, identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable growth across your territory.

With continued investment across its Dental Solutions business, the organisation is expanding its commercial presence across the UK and is now looking for a Territory Business Manager to take ownership of the Scotland and North East territory.

The Role
In this field-based position, you will take responsibility for driving sales and developing sustainable business opportunities across your territory. You will implement the agreed sales strategy, manage and grow existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities across the Dental and Orthodontic market.
A key part of the role will involve understanding customer needs and positioning the company's portfolio effectively, while building strong relationships with dental professionals, orthodontic teams and key decision-makers. You will also support customers through product education and training, helping to increase product adoption and strengthen long-term partnerships.
You'll be responsible for managing your territory effectively, using CRM and sales data to identify opportunities, plan activity and track performance against objectives. The role will involve a combination of account development, new business activity, customer engagement and clinical education.
This is a highly autonomous territory role, suited to someone who is commercially driven, resilient and enjoys being out in the field building relationships and winning business.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have experience within Dental, Orthodontics sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have sold into dental practices or orthodontic environments.
We would also be very interested in speaking with candidates from a clinical orthodontic background who are looking to make the move into a commercial sales career, such as Orthodontic Therapists or other clinically experienced professionals with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

You'll ideally demonstrate:
- Dental, Orthodontic or Healthcare sales experience
- Experience working within the dental/orthodontic environment, or a relevant clinical background
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in developing business
- A resilient, tenacious and target-driven approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence engaging with dental professionals and key decision-makers
- Strong organisation and territory management skills
- A data-driven and analytical approach to sales
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
Package
- Basic Salary: £40,000-£50,000 DOE
- Bonus: 25% uncapped
- Benefits: Company car, pension, private healthcare and additional benefits
- Location: Field-based - Scotland & North East England
- Travel: Approximately 50-60% domestic travel across the assigned territory
- Training: Training provided, including attendance at company HQ in Loughborough when required
