About The Role

Responsibilities
As a key member of our recruitment team, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Creating compelling job descriptions and advertisements to reach targeted audiences.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Managing the interview process and coordinating with hiring managers to facilitate timely decisions.
