ACCOUNT MANAGER
Boots - Tamworth Ventura - Field-based Fragrance Multi Brand, Luxury retail | Part-time, 30 hours across 4 days
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance and delivering outstanding customer experiences across your account. You will own the success of your business by achieving sales objectives, maintaining Coty’s service standards, and ensuring excellence in execution while protecting and elevating our luxury fragrance brands.
THE ROLE

As our Account Manager, you play a critical role in driving sales performance, developing strong retailer partnerships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring flawless execution across your account. You will act as a business owner, brand ambassador, and fragrance expert, maximizing opportunities to grow market share and achieve commercial objectives.
You will be reporting to the Area Manager, and you will manage:
SALES PERFORMANCE & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Achieve monthly sales targets and consistently deliver against KPIs
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly business performance through effective planning and execution
- Deliver Coty’s customer service ceremony with every customer interaction
- Build strong customer relationships to influence purchasing decisions and drive loyalty
- Maximize sales opportunities through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques

BRAND EXCELLENCE & COMMERCIAL EXECUTION
- Act as a brand ambassador, protecting and enhancing the equity of Coty’s luxury fragrance portfolio
- Maintain exceptional merchandising and visual standards across permanent and promotional space
- Plan and execute customer events and brand activations that drive engagement and sales
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and business performance to identify opportunities
- Ensure compliance with retailer standards, company initiatives, uniform, and grooming guidelines
TEAM COLLABORATION & BUSINESS OPERATIONS
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailer management, agency staff, and mobile consultants
- Foster effective communication and partnership with the Area Manager and wider Coty team
- Provide actionable business insights and timely feedback to support decision-making
- Accurately complete reporting, payroll, and month-end administration within agreed deadlines
- Utilize Coty systems, digital tools, and reporting platforms to support business success
YOU ARE A COTY FIT

- Proven experience in beauty retail
- Deep understanding of and passion for fragrance, luxury brands, and the prestige beauty market
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse business performance and identify growth opportunities
- Ownership mentality — you treat your counter like it’s your own
- Skilled at building and maintaining effective relationships with retailers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Detail-focused, execution-obsessed, and brand-protective
- Team-player attitude with a hunger to learn, share, and grow
