Account Manager

£35,000-£40,000 Basic + £5,000–£10,000 OTE

Premium Building Products | Account Management | Career Progression

We’re delighted to be partnering with a market-leading name within the premium building products sector, recognised for delivering high-quality products across residential and commercial projects.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join their commercial team and take responsibility for developing existing customers, converting inbound opportunities and maximising revenue.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and selling, but doesn’t want to spend their entire day cold calling for new business.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with contractors, architects and other industry professionals, becoming a trusted commercial contact and helping them find the right solutions for their projects.

You’ll be representing a globally recognised brand with a strong reputation in its market. Your focus will be on providing an excellent service while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
