We’re Doctify

Doctify is the global platform built by doctors for doctors, on a mission to build the largest, most trusted global network of validated healthcare providers and experts. We connect patients with the right doctors, and doctors with respected peers, to ensure better care worldwide. Through verified patient reviews and professional skill endorsements, Doctify creates unmatched credibility for providers and empowers patients to choose care with confidence.

Founded in 2015 and backed by $30m+ in funding, Doctify operates across 7 countries. We are uniting the global healthcare community, one trusted connection at a time.

We do things differently here at Doctify, we are boldly leading a digital revolution in healthcare and are confident in our mission.

About The Role

As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our customer success team.

As an Account Manager (German Speaking), you'll own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of clinicians across our DACH region, from onboarding through to long-term account management. You’ll work in a 360 capacity which includes getting new clinicians live on the platform, owning retention, engagement, and growth within your book of accounts.

You'll also support onboarding for clinicians in our UK & IE market, giving you exposure beyond a single region and a broader view of how Doctify operates across markets.

This role suits someone fluent in German and English who's comfortable owning a full customer lifecycle rather than a single stage of it, and you'll need to be as confident guiding a new clinician through their first weeks on the platform as you are managing a mature account's ongoing success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
