We're working with a highly regarded creative consultancy that's looking for an Account Manager to join its growing Client Services team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced account handler who enjoys being close to the creative work, building trusted client relationships and making sure ambitious projects are delivered brilliantly from start to finish.
Working across a varied client base spanning FMCG, hospitality, wellness and technology, you'll partner closely with Account Directors, strategists and creatives to lead projects and account workstreams for a mix of global brands and ambitious start-ups.
The Role
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of your projects, acting as a key point of contact for clients while bringing structure, momentum and clarity to the teams around you.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day client relationships across a range of projects and workstreams
- Taking projects from initial brief through to delivery, keeping timelines, teams and deliverables on track
- Working closely with creative and strategy teams to shape project approaches and ways of working
- Developing clear, commercially sound proposals, scopes and project plans
- Managing client feedback, expectations and approvals while keeping the creative ambition high
- Owning project commercials, including budgets, forecasting, invoicing and profitability
- Proactively managing scope and identifying potential changes or risks early
- Troubleshooting issues and knowing when to bring in senior support
- Spotting opportunities for further work and contributing to wider account growth
- Supporting pitches, proposals and client workshops

About You
We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, naturally organised and genuinely interested in creative work.
You'll be confident working directly with clients and equally comfortable partnering with creative, strategy and project teams. You'll know how to keep things moving without losing sight of the quality of the work.

You'll bring:
- Previous Client Services or project management experience within a creative agency, design studio or consultancy
- Experience managing creative projects from brief through to delivery
- Strong day-to-day client relationship management skills
- Confidence developing project approaches, scopes and proposals
- Good commercial understanding, with experience managing budgets and project performance
- A genuine interest in creative, branding and design
