Account Manager in London (Hospitality) - Global Fitness Equipment

£40k basic + £6k car allowance + up to £17.5k OTE (uncapped)

Location: London Territory, with regular travel across the capital and occasional overnight stays for wider account cover

Our client is a global leader in commercial fitness equipment, supplying gyms, hotels and multi-unit housing developments with strength and cardio solutions worldwide. They're looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join their UK Sales team, targeting the Hospitality sector across London and playing a genuinely vital role in the business's continued growth in the capital.

This is a chance to own a territory and build it your way. You'll be generating opportunity, qualifying leads and managing a pipeline that directly increases market share, all while getting face time with hotel groups, developers and operators who are shaping how people work out away from home. It's a consultative sell, not a hard sell, and the right person will thrive on initiative, relationship-building and being the face of a brand people already trust.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
