We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, closing deals, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their procurement needs, provide competitive quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of electronic components.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
- Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate pricing to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with purchasing and sourcing teams to secure product availability.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry through order fulfillment and after-sales support.
- Follow up on open quotations to convert opportunities into sales.
- Monitor customer purchasing trends and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and supply chain developments within the electronics industry.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Experience in electronic components, semiconductors, industrial distribution, or B2B sales is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills
- Experience handling OEM, EMS, or distributor accounts.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturers and electronic component categories.
- Familiarity with RFQs, BOM sourcing, and procurement processes.
- Understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
