Account & Applications Manager – Industrial Wastewater Treatment
Remote, UK (Northern UK or Northern Ireland preferred, not essential)
Full time | UK territory | c.50% travel | Commission + car
Sustainable wastewater treatment shouldn't mean compromising on price or performance.
Our client is an industrial water treatment specialist proving exactly that. Their bio-based chemistry replaces traditional metal-based coagulants in high-organics wastewater, delivering better clarification, less sludge and lower chemical consumption for food processing and related industries.
Now they're expanding across the UK and Europe, and they need someone who can make that chemistry work on site, every time.
The role: part Troubleshooter, part Trusted Advisor. This is a service-led role for a wastewater applications specialist who plant teams actually want to see walk through the gate.
You'll own customer satisfaction, retention and continuous improvement across your territory, reporting directly to the leader of the European expansion. Sales matters here, but it follows from doing the technical job properly: programmes that perform get extended.
What you'll do
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
