Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume.

Responsibilities:
- Work with internal partners and complete online training to build your knowledge of TikTok’s advertising proposition.
- Support the sales team by building pitches that leverage data insights and creative thinking.
- Deliver campaign reports, both in-person and virtually, across a wide range of clients in order to improve performance and scale future revenue commitments.
- Collaborate with other departments to stay up to date with platform and product developments that can be relayed to the sales team.
- Assist with project planning, tracking progress, and completing administrative tasks, such as documentation, meeting coordination, maintaining data hygiene.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year of bachelor's degree and available to start in May 2027.
- Previous account management or sales experience - internships/placements and academic work experience counts!
- Passionate about TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
- Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set.
Preferred Qualifications
- Results oriented with great attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
- Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving administrative issues independently.
