Commercial Graduate Development Scheme

£28,000 - £35,000

Full Development Plan

Exposure to multiple aspects of the Commercial function

Training to become the Account Manager of a multimillion £ client

$250m Turnover | Global Manufacturer | Across 30 Countries

This is an exceptional opportunity for an aspiring, ambitious graduate or someone with a small amount of experience in the sales or commercial industry.

A new way of providing a graduate development scheme has been forged by our client - not moving you around departments to see what you enjoy the most, as this wastes time and dilutes your experience, but giving you exposure to a diverse range of responsibilities across the commercial function to directly train you into a well-rounded Commercial professional. This is suitable foundational building block for people who may have long-term career ambitions to become a Commercial Manager, Director, and CSO.

Responsibilities:

Bids and Projects

  • Support the Commercial Manager and wider team with preparing bids and projects.
  • Assist in gathering customer and stakeholder information to help assess project requirements.
  • Help track project pipelines, timescales, and delivery milestones.
  • Contribute to preparing professional tender packages by pulling together technical, marketing, and commercial input.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
