We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager CoOp & Waitrose to manage and grow our business. This role will be responsible for delivering profitable growth through strong customer relationships, effective joint business planning and best-in-class execution across range, promotions, marketing and availability. You will be the primary point of contact owning the day-to-day relationship, whilst identifying new opportunities to expand distribution and drive brand visibility in store.

How You Will Contribute
- Transforming Insight into Action:
- Generating and utilizing data-led insights to prioritise category, channel and customer opportunities and plans.
- Building Effective Growth Strategies with Customers:
- Through alignment to our category vision, implementing revenue growth management levers (pricing, trade terms, promotional investment, mix management, Pack Price Architecture) and a vision for the point of buying.
- Planning and Executional Excellence:
- Through leading the JBP, forecasting and monitoring of performance, and great execution of our plans at the point of buying (online and offline).
- Best in Class Customer Leadership:
- Through Selling and Influencing, Negotiating and Joint Business Planning.
- Can sell and negotiate effectively to deliver solutions and results that work for both parties.
- Able to translate customer needs and broader trends to identify growth opportunities and build aligned solutions for mutual benefit.

What You Will Bring
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insight
