Job Description
Role: Account Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + car allowance (potential negotiation)
Location: 1-2 days per week office time required. This can be in High Wycombe, Sheffield or Kettering

The Account Manager plays an important supporting role in growing our estate value. Managing a defined portfolio, you will build relationships where there is opportunity for growth so that you can increase revenue across your portfolio. Collaborative, driven and commercial, you will help design, and personally execute, client plans to achieve your KPIs. These KPIs will focus on improving commercial terms on existing contracts and successfully cross-selling new products and services. Demonstrating credibility and integrity, you will need to engage and influence different client stakeholder groups.

Location & Hours:
This role is based at one of Intelli-Park's offices, with occasional client visits expected.
We operate a hybrid, flexible working policy with opportunities to work from home.
Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, though flexibility may be required to meet business and client needs.

Key Responsibilities
Visionary – Think Forward
- With support from the Head of Customer Strategy, design and execute client growth plans which evaluate the financial viability of your sites and drive improved revenue streams for Intelli-Park, whilst increasing client satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the client internally when discussing service or product improvements; think ahead to understand the impacts on client experience or client processes.
- Stay informed about Intelli-Park products, services, and innovations to provide proactive solutions which add value to your clients.
Intentional – Act with Purpose
- Drive efficiency within the management of your portfolio by identifying opportunities to automate internal tasks and to improve client-facing processes.
- Contribute to the design of, and then execute, client contact plans that keep clients engaged and aware of the unique value we provide.
- Transform transactional interactions into meaningful relationships and partnerships, with every client (where there is growth potential).
- Investigate any client issues promptly and resolve root cause issues first time.

- Contribute positively within team meetings and wider business meetings, striving to deliver service excellence to our clients and internal stakeholders.

- Present updates internally to keep account plans on-track.

- Consistently achieve monthly sales and service KPIs including revenue growth and CSAT.
- Ensure delivery meets contractual SLAs and KPIs.
- Negotiate with clients to achieve the best contractual outcomes for Intelli-Park; challenge existing client contracts and identify areas of opportunity and risk.
- Maintain resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Accountability – Own It
- Be innovative and agile when results are below expectation; come up with new ways of working so that KPIs are achieved.
- Be proactive in interrogating our reporting tools and systems so that you understand and exploit the resources available to improve site and portfolio performance.
- Take responsibility for managing risks within your portfolio by identifying, flagging and resolving any issues, complaints or competitor threats.
- Uphold Intelli-Park’s standards of excellence and compliance at all times.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Commercial professional with proven experience as an Account Manager (minimum 1 year)
- Demonstrable experience of driving revenue growth through a portfolio.
- Good presentation skills, able to deliver a compelling sales message and influence clients and colleagues.
- Proven track-record in achieving commercial KPIs.
- Proven track-record in selling new products into existing customer/client bases.
- Good administrative and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of account management principles and motivated to transferring this knowledge to others.
- A proactive, professional approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Confident in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
- Effective time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
