Job Description
As an Account Manager at Fleek, you will own a high-growth portfolio of resellers and enterprise buyers. You'll drive 10-20% month-on-month wallet share expansion, competing against global wholesalers. This role combines relationship management with an AI-first approach, building automated workflows to scale retention and help make secondhand fashion the global first choice.

What You Will Do
- Manage a book of customers, driving 10-20% month-on-month growth in retention and wallet share expansion.
- Engage buyers across WhatsApp, email, and calls to provide handpicked supplier recommendations and bespoke inventory lists.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to build AI-enabled account management workflows that automate the repeatable and personalize the meaningful.
The ideal candidate
- 2+ years of experience in commercial or account management roles, specifically working with SMBs or entrepreneurs in high-growth environments.
- An AI-first mindset with proven experience building or implementing AI-powered workflows and automations in your daily work.
- Entrepreneurial builder's mentality with a track record of thriving in ambiguous environments where processes aren't yet fully defined.
