Horticultural Account Manager
Grow Your Sales Career with a Market-Leading Horticultural Business
I'm recruiting on behalf of a highly respected business within the UK amenity horticulture sector, seeking an ambitious and relationship-focused Account Manager to join its growing sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established organisation with an outstanding reputation for quality, expertise, and customer service. You'll play a key role in driving sales growth, developing long-term client partnerships, and helping deliver ambitious commercial objectives across the UK amenity market.
Better still, the role offers the flexibility of predominantly remote working, with only occasional visits to the office and customer sites, giving you the autonomy to manage your territory whilst benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
Why Apply?
- Home-based role with flexibility and autonomy
- Join a successful and highly respected horticultural business
- Work alongside experienced sales professionals and industry experts
- Build relationships with a diverse customer base across the UK amenity sector
- Opportunities for progression and professional development
- Be part of a business with ambitious growth plans and a strong market presence
The Role
As Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving profitable sales growth across the amenity market.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
