Counter Manager Opportunity – Edinburgh, North Region

Are you interested in working for a Swiss luxury brand known for their pioneering cellular anti-aging therapies?

We are looking for a Counter Manager to manage our counter in Edinburgh, developing effective weekly business plans and driving retail performance targets. In this role, you will be solely accountable for sales and account performance, fostering new connections and recruiting customers into the brand. Additionally, you’ll utilise our beauty room to elevate the customer experience and host interactive on/off-counter animations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Plan Execution:
    • Achieve targeted sales using La Prairie’s selling and training guidelines.
    • Implement an effective outreach strategy, leveraging partnerships with host stores to deliver the ultimate La Prairie experience.
    • Daily traffic stop to recruit prospective prospective clients.

  • Client Engagement & Consultations:

    • Guide every customer through a skincare consultation to identify their needs.
    • Actively organise external events to generate sales and expand your customer base.
  • Store & Department Representation:

    • Maintain the counter at exemplary standards of presentation.
    • Ensure seamless communication with all La Prairie departments.

Requirements

Applicants for this position must demonstrate the following:

  • qualifications and expertise:

    • NVQ Level 3 or ITEC Diploma (preferable but not mandatory).
    • Proven experience in delivering high-quality skincare treatments to clients.
  • Micro-credentials (if applicable) – Not listed as mandatory in original text.
