Brindisa, now in its 38th year, has grown to become the UK's leading importer of the finest Spanish foods. We search for, select and sell delicious Spanish foods through our Brindisa shops and website, and via wholesale to businesses throughout the UK. We devote our time to Spain and its produce because we love the food and are passionate about sharing it with others. Role Description
We are looking for a commercially focused Account Manager – Wholesale & Convenience to manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers.
You will build strong, long-term customer relationships, develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities, driving sales, margin, distribution and product penetration across your customer base.

This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys developing customer partnerships, spotting growth opportunities and working collaboratively across the business to deliver excellent service and commercial results.
The role is based at our Head Office in Balham, London SW12, with regular travel required for customer meetings, events and other commercial activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop wholesale and convenience customer accounts.
- Drive sales, margin, distribution and product penetration.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Lead customer meetings, business reviews and commercial negotiations.
- Manage pricing, promotions, product launches and seasonal activity.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Represent Brindisa at customer meetings, tastings and trade events.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in account management, B2B sales or customer development.
- Strong commercial understanding of sales, margin, pricing and promotions.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
- Confident using sales data to identify opportunities and drive action.
- Proactive, organised and results-focused.
- Experience within wholesale, convenience, FMCG or food and drink.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
