You'll be the bridge between client and agency, running a portfolio of consumer accounts and leading a team of 3 Account Executives. Expect a mix of office days and getting out in the field: campus events, live activations, shoots, and roadshows.
What you'll be doing
- Leading client relationships and driving account growth and profitability
- Planning and delivering integrated campaigns to a high spec
- Managing and developing three Account Executives
- Supporting pitches and proactive proposals: research, brainstorms, writing
- Presenting to clients, from pitches to campaign reports and evaluations
- Tracking spend, reconciling budgets, and managing billing with your line manager
- Reporting directly to the Senior Account Manager / Account Director

What you'll bring
- Agency experience, ideally experiential or event-based, with consumer clients
- Experience managing at least two people
- Experience of sampling campaigns
- Direct client management across multiple accounts and brands
- Promotional staffing experience: briefing, managing, and reporting
- Social media campaign experience and a good grasp of linking digital and physical
- Sharp writing, great attention to detail, and the energy to spot new ways to grow client relationships
