The Role

We’re looking for a Global Account Manager to join Mediahub, part of the OM Group, and play a key role in driving growth for a cutting-edge automotive brand. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global client at the forefront of transformation, helping shape how the business approaches growth and innovation for the future.

The role will sit at the heart of a truly global network, collaborating with local market agency teams, client stakeholders and Global Headquarters to bring teams together and deliver outstanding work. If you’re experienced in building strong relationships across markets, bringing structure and clarity to complex accounts, and making a tangible impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior stakeholders to support the delivery and growth of the account across the globe
  • Build trusted relationships with client teams, local market agency teams as well as the global hub, acting as a key day-to-day contact
  • Lead the coordination and delivery of multi-market media campaigns, ensuring quality, timing and consistency
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, bringing clarity, structure and momentum to complex workstreams
  • Streamline response to brief documents, PCAs and campaign set up across multi-markets with differing needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and innovation across campaigns and markets
  • Support financial processes including budget tracking, reporting and forecasting to ensure accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Account management experience, proven skills in client servicing and multi market coordination.
  • A strong communicator, with the ability to bring clarity, energy and influence, presenting effectively to audiences across multiple markets and levels of seniority.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to deliver work to a high standard and in a structured way
  • Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to question plans and provide ideas in a strategic way
  • Commercial awareness, including exposure to budgets, reporting or financial tracking
  • Highly collaborative and internationally minded, with experience building strong relationships and working effectively across cross-functional, multicultural and global teams.
  • Curious, organised and solutions-oriented, with the initiative to anticipate challenges, find smart solutions and proactively drive positive outcomes for clients and the wider team.
  • Collaborative and supportive, with a strong team-first mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and support colleagues across markets when priorities and workloads demand it.
  • A good working understanding of all marketing communication channels.
  • Attention to details and ability to work with data is critical
  • Major automotive experience would be an advantage.
