ABOUT US
GIG Health is a 25-strong creative agency specialising in telling stories that improve people’s health. We’re proud of our reputation for creating engaging and evocative content for clients of all shapes and sizes. We work closely, as a team, to craft healthcare stories that will improve human health: we love knowing that our work improves the lives of people we’ll never meet.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We're seeking a full-time Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will have responsibility for multiple accounts in our portfolio, with work including the day-to-day management of projects and contributing to the growth of our accounts, and our business overall.
GIG Health’s account team is central to our structure, and this employee will work closely with all our business units, including strategy, digital, branding and video/motion, on creative projects. As a small-to-medium agency with a diverse client base, your work may be planning a large corporate website in the morning, then researching a niche medical condition in the afternoon, and anything in between. We also strongly believe in empowering all our employees to participate in the creative process, so you’ll also have the chance to be hands on in the concept process.
You would be joining our current team of an Account Director and Account Executive, and would be expected to work with both and either of them on certain accounts, and more independently on others; we manage teams according to the needs of each client relationship.
The successful applicant will also be curious, and driven to discover ways to make themselves, and GIG Health, better. We’re looking for someone familiar with using AI to accelerate rather than steer their work. An appetite to explore its potential as the tech develops – where it can help, where it can be unhelpful – is a strong plus.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
