The Opportunity

Whilst the title is Account Manager, this role sits at the front end of the sales process and is perfect for someone looking to build a long-term career in SaaS sales.

In your first couple of years, you'll focus on:

  • Identifying and engaging prospective clients
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers
  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Booking meetings and creating sales pipeline
  • Learning the full sales cycle from experienced leaders
  • Becoming a product and industry expert

As you develop, you'll progressively take on more responsibility before moving into a closing role, with the expectation that by year two you'll be managing your own deals and revenue opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need previous SaaS sales experience.

You might be:

  • Working in recruitment and looking for a more sales-focused role
  • In hospitality, retail or customer-facing environments where you've worked towards targets
  • Early in your career and eager to learn
  • Someone with strong ambition and a competitive mindset
  • Motivated by progression, earning potential and personal development
