Arena Media

Arena is a media agency designed exclusively for clients who live in culture – think Gaming, Arts, Film, TV and Fashion. From Puma to JBL, Bumble, Rémy Cognac, Cointreau, Bethesda to Square Enix, UKTV to Universal Music and our most recent win, Lionsgate.

We are here to rewrite the rules of entertainment & create meaningful moments in culture.

Do you want to challenge the status quo?

Do you think there’s a better way that defies the tired, outdated conventions you see from most of today’s media agencies?

Do you have an appetite to do the type of work that gets more shared, more talked about, more noticed?

If yes, then we are for you.

A Bit About You…

We want people who feel a passion for this industry,

  • Who are naturally curious,
  • Who live and breathe culture.

We want fresh opinions and ideas. Thinking that challenges the status quo and that leads to innovation.

Our philosophy here is to hire for attitude, train for skill. If you’ve got the qualifications great. If you’ve got the passion even better.

If any of this sounds like you. If you want to create solutions that unify advertising, PR, social, experiences and media. If you want to create cultural impact far greater than the sum of the individual parts, then please get in touch.

Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Arena Media, you are a key operator in the smooth execution of theatrical and home entertainment campaigns across the Lionsgate slate. Working closely with the Account Director, you will be responsible for campaign planning, client servicing and execution. This role requires balancing precision in delivery with creative ideas, all while navigating fast-paced, ever-evolving projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
