With over 1000 employees and a 50,000 sqm facility, we are proud to serve global clients across industries such as medical devices, security & lock hardware, high-end industrial tools, and consumer electronics.
- Expertise in MIM: High-performance parts (0.1g to 800g) with tolerances as tight as ±0.05mm.
- Full In-house Control: A 30-person mold workshop and end-to-end capabilities including CNC, stamping, laser engraving, and PVD plating.
- Global Standards: Certified with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Sedex 4P.

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager (UK Market) to lead business development, client partnership, and market expansion for Yibi Precision’s MIM precision components across the United Kingdom and European markets.
You will act as the commercial and technical bridge between Yibi’s world-class manufacturing capabilities and the high-standard demands of UK and European industrial clients, driving revenue growth and establishing Yibi as a trusted MIM partner for medical devices, security & lock hardware, high-end industrial tools, and consumer electronics sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market entry & growth strategies for the UK market, achieving business targets for MIM precision components.
- Identify, acquire, and develop long-term strategic clients across target industries (medical devices, security & lock hardware, high-end industrial tools, consumer electronics).
- Provide professional technical & commercial support, including DfM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis, project evaluation, and solution consulting.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client communication, quotation, sample validation, mass production and account management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the UK precision manufacturing industry.
- Represent Yibi Precision at industry tradeshows, online seminars, and technical events to enhance brand visibility in the UK and Europe.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of business development, sales, or account management experience in precision manufacturing, metal components, MIM, CNC, die casting, or industrial tools/medical devices supply chains.
- Proven track record of developing UK or European market clients and achieving sales growth.
- Professional proficiency in English (written & spoken).
- Strong technical understanding of precision parts manufacturing, with ability to read drawings and communicate technical advantages.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, with excellent client communication and project management skills.
