Creative Account Manager
£40,000 - £45,000 | Remote | UK
The Opportunity
We're working with an innovative and rapidly expanding marketing agency that delivers standout retail marketing, shopper engagement, point-of-sale, and brand activation campaigns for leading household-name brands across the UK.
As a Creative Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing client partnerships and overseeing the successful delivery of integrated marketing campaigns. Acting as the link between clients and internal creative, design, and production teams, you'll ensure projects run smoothly from briefing to execution while helping to identify new opportunities for account growth.
This role is ideal for a commercially aware client services professional who enjoys managing creative projects, building strong relationships, and bringing engaging retail experiences to life.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of retail and consumer brand clients
- Act as the primary contact for day-to-day account management and client communications
- Lead the delivery of creative retail marketing, POS, shopper marketing, and activation campaigns
- Translate client objectives into actionable briefs for creative, design, and production teams
- Coordinate projects through every stage, from concept development to final implementation
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution
- Present creative concepts, campaign performance updates, and strategic recommendations to clients
- Spot opportunities to expand existing accounts and contribute to business growth
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality standards
- Gain a deep understanding of client challenges, objectives, and market trends to provide strategic guidance

About You
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, or similar client-facing role within a creative, marketing, retail marketing, or integrated agency
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience managing campaigns through the full project lifecycle
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts
- Excellent organisation and project coordination skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Confident communication, presentation, and client-facing abilities

Desirable Background
- Experience working with retail marketing, POS, shopper marketing, or in-store campaigns
- Exposure to brand activation, experiential, or field marketing projects
- Experience supporting FMCG, retail, or consumer-focused brands
- Understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns across physical and digital touchpoints
