The Account Manager Lifecycle Services
The Account Manager Lifecycle Services will look after our Install Base clients in the Scotland region. The Account Manager will be responsible for renewing and expanding Long Term Service Agreements and the promotion of our other Software, Solutions and Services including System Upgrades, System Enhancements, System Expansions and Education.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop and Maintain a solid understanding of available market and business opportunities for Lifecycle Services within the DCS market
- Utilize territory planning to maximize effectiveness and customer facing selling activities
- Identify new and actively engage with existing customers within the sales territory by promoting unique product solutions and deploying best sales practices.
- Maintain and increase the customer base by developing, aligning and supporting the relations between all levels of Emerson’s and the Customer’s organizations
- Understand the customer business drivers and goals
- Increase Emerson Lifecycle Services market share with targeted competitor displacement across all industry sectors
- Actively and productively utilize the available sales processes, including Solution Selling, Critical Site Plans, CRM and Performance Dashboard (Whitespace).
- Continuously forecast the territory expectations and update the ongoing business planning tools for Monthly, Quarterly, Mid-Year and Yearly Budget Reviews
- Actively collaborate with Regional Business teams across our full portfolio of products to adopt the One Emerson approach to maximize Emerson, Lifecycle Services
- Liaise with Internal and external sales teams in product knowledge sharing, planning and execution activities to continuously improve the customer service levels
- Ethically obtain market intelligence to position Lifecycle Services offerings and Solutions effectively at highest winning margin.
- Maintain the required level of personal skills and knowledge required to excel in all aspects

Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will be a proactive customer focused individual, who is results driven and a team player. You will have a consistent record in sales and new business development within the Scotland area. Your expertise will help position Emerson’s unique portfolio of products and solutions to influence market direction and secure long-term success.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Be located anywhere in the Scotland region.
- Proactive, flexible and consultative selling experience.
- Full clean driving license and the ability to travel to customer sites to fulfil duties of the role.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent in an Engineering discipline or similar.
