Account Manager - Ireland
Location: Ireland (Remote)

As our Account Manager for Ireland, you’ll shape business growth, foster strong customer relationships, and drive innovation in a sector that makes a real impact.
About the Role
Are you a relationship-driven sales professional passionate about weaving solutions with nutrition expertise? Do you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your creativity and science simplify complex challenges into measurable results?
We’re looking for a set of one: someone to partner with our UK & Ireland business, develop strategic customer strategies, and expand our reach with flair & impact. With 80+ days of in-country travel expected annually, you’ll engage both virtually and in-person to earn and retain customer trust.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Growth & Engagement:
- Lead sales activities across Essential Products, Performance Solutions, and Precision Services
- Drive growth through customised account strategies, aligning solutions with customer goals
- Stay ahead of market trends and translate them into actionable commercial solutions

Commercial & Strategic Ownership:
- Secure targeted revenue growth via contract negotiation, credit limit management, and effective payment terms
- Partner with global technical and sales teams to ensure cohesive expertise across the region

Operational Excellence:
- Maintain rigorous CRM standards and data best practices
- Represent software, industry, and your customers with credibility at senior levels

Collaboration & Inclusiveness:
- Foster long-term customer relationships through transparent communication
- Contribute diverse perspectives to shape regional account plans aligned with scientific rigor
What Makes You Ideal?
✔ 5+ years of experience in animal nutrition, account management, or technical sales—with measurable impact ✔ Postgraduate degree in Animal Nutrition, Biological Science, or related field or equivalent validation through industry credentials ✔ Bilingual advantage: Irish is highly valued; Polish, Portuguese, Italian (or the fluency language highlights your customer outreach!) ✔ Nutritional Sleuth: You thrive at the intersection of science, data, and customer insight—crafting clear narratives for complex solutions ✔ Tech & Stakeholder Savvy: Expert at adapting solutions across small and large operations—whether animal genomics startups or Fortune 500 agricultural partners
