London, £45,000 base + uncapped commission

Already selling for an IT reseller and hungry for your next step? Our client is a growing VAR with a vibrant London office. You'll join ambitious teammates and a competitive culture where strong results bring real rewards.

You’ll win new customers and grow your own accounts across hardware, software, cloud, and other IT services, supported by technical specialists and ongoing training.

Earnings & progression

  • 10% commission on gross profit, uncapped, with accelerators above target.
  • Expected OTE: £70k year one / £125k year two with high achieving AM's hitting £200k.
  • Quarterly performance bonuses and a clear path to progression into Senior Account Management, Account Directorship and Sales Leadership.

  • Minimum 18 - 24 months’ IT reseller/VAR sales experience
  • Confidence in prospecting and closing
