Come onboard our floating office.
Ever imagine working on a barge?
Well, get ready for a unique adventure because our floating communications and fundraising agency in Paddington Basin is not your typical workplace. It’s where innovation meets purpose and we think you’re going to love it as much as our clients do.
At HOPE, we focus on making social impact. We partner with charities, NGOs, educational and arts organisations, social enterprises and not-for-profit businesses, all driven by the desire to do good, better. One of our clients is a unique airport company that has delivered over £500m to its local authority and communities.
Now, we’re on the lookout for a talented Account Manager to join our team and to be part of something extraordinary.
If you’re passionate about helping more children survive cancer and thrive, supporting adults with cerebral palsy, telling the story of how culture and the arts can help improve health outcomes, we want to hear from you. We’re not just looking for a team player, we want someone who can bring their impact to our culture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
