SDS is the leader in development software tailored to the housing industry, delivering market-leading solutions and consultancy services to optimise the development of both affordable and commercial homes. About the Role

We're looking for someone with 1 to 4 years of experience in account management, customer success or B2B sales, ready to build something rather than step into an established process. This is a new role on a small team, so you'll help shape how it works rather than inherit a playbook.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll own a portfolio of accounts end to end: renewals, upsell conversations and day to day relationship management. The role comes with a base plus commission structure that rewards the accounts you grow.

CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) is expected. Experience in housing, public sector or property software is a plus, not a requirement. We'll teach you the domain.

  • Upsell and cross sell SDS's products and services to existing clients, maximising revenue and account growth
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments, so clients receive relevant and valuable insights
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how to use SDS's solutions to drive operational efficiency, customer engagement and profitability
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics for assigned accounts, providing regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders
