Salary: circa £40,000 (Dependent on experience).
Remote with one day a week in their Norwich office. Travel into London, will be required.
In order to be considered, you must have agency experience, working with Financial Services or Professional Services clients would be an advantage.
Our client is a multi-disciplinary brand, creative and digital agency with 30 years' experience. They combine strategy, design and technology to help brands communicate clearly and engage their audiences.
They are looking to expand their team and are hiring an Account Manager.
As Account Manager you will be the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of clients, mainly in financial services and insurance. You will turn client needs into clear briefs, keep projects on time and on budget, and grow each account by spotting new opportunities across brand, digital, film and campaign work.

Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships and ensuring a high standard of service delivery
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, overseeing projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable project plans and creative briefs for internal teams
- Develop a strong understanding of client industries.
- Lead status meetings, presentations, and reporting, ensuring clients are kept informed and engaged
- Produce quotes and invoicing for clients.
- Monitor project performance and campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
- Manage budgets, forecasts for assigned accounts
- Ensure all work aligns with client brand guidelines, regulatory considerations and agency standards

About you
- 2/3+ years in account management at a creative, design, branding or digital agency working with clients.
- Proven experience running projects across brand, print, digital, websites and campaigns.
- Confident managing budgets, estimates and timelines, invoicing with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior clients.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A good understanding of the creative and digital production process.
