About the role
94n Digital runs paid media for a portfolio of ecommerce and lead-generation clients across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon and Microsoft Ads. We're hiring an Account Manager to work alongside Matthew, our Account Director, and take on a set of accounts currently being handled directly by our co-founders. Those accounts need a permanent home soon, so this isn't a slow-build role: you'll be handed live accounts and expected to run them.
We already have strong commercial account management on the team. What we're short of is someone who can go deep on the technical side of the accounts they run, so that pairing is the gap this role fills.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of a portfolio of paid media accounts.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships: performance calls, reporting, and the ongoing conversation about what's working and what needs to change.
- Get into the accounts directly. Read campaign structures, spot what's driving or dragging performance, and speak to it with the client without needing a specialist to translate.
- Work with Matthew on account strategy and commercial decisions, and coordinate with paid search, creative and ops colleagues to keep delivery on track.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
