Account Manager (Brand Design Agency) - Circa £40k - London/Hybrid

Profiles Creative are hiring for a medium sized brand & design agency, seeking to bolster their client services team with an Account Manager hire. You'll have specific branding agency experience at SAE or AM level, looking for a new challenge. If you have hospitality or automotive client experience, this is useful, but we're mainly looking for someone with varied sector experience that is strong client facing and understands branding project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day client relationship across designated projects and account workstreams
  • Work with creative and strategy leads to define project approaches, teams, timings and deliverables
  • Write and present clear, commercially viable project proposals
  • Manage client feedback, expectations and approvals while protecting the ambition of the work
  • Take commercial responsibility for projects, including budgets, tracking, forecasting, invoicing and profitability reporting
  • Manage scope proactively, identifying changes early and ensuring these are agreed with clients
  • Anticipate project risks and resolve issues quickly, escalating where senior input is needed
  • Identify opportunities for further work and share these with the wider account team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
