Account Manager - Tech-Enabled Services

Location: Fully Remote
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 base + OTE (60/40 split)
Portfolio: ~£1.2M across 10–15 enterprise accounts

We’re partnered with a high-growth, tech-enabled professional services business delivering large-scale learning, data, and transformation programmes to global enterprises. Combining consultancy, education, and technology, the organisation helps clients build data-driven cultures and improve decision-making at scale.

Following rapid growth over the past few years, the business now works with major enterprise clients across financial services, automotive, and wider corporate sectors, and continues to expand across the UK and Europe.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic, consultative Account Management role focused on owning and growing a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving retention and expansion by aligning solutions to long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a £1.2M portfolio across 10–15 enterprise accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities across learning, consultancy, and technology solutions
  • Lead strategic account planning and quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and product teams to ensure successful programme execution
  • Own renewals, commercial negotiations, and expansion opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or consultative B2B sales
  • Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts and increasing account value
  • Experience selling multi-layered solutions (services + technology), not just standalone SaaS
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and senior business leaders
  • Commercially driven with a consultative, relationship-led approach
  • Confident communicator with strong storytelling and influencing skills
