About the Role
Evergreen Fashion Uk Ltd are a fast-paced Fashion Clothing supplier to the high street and are looking for an Account Manager to join our team.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring outstanding service delivery. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, building long-term partnerships and contributing to business success.
You will also be dealing with all processes from development through to Delivery. The ideal candidate must be organised, highly motivated and be able to work as part of a team as well as working individually.

Responsibilities
- Handling your own accounts from start to finish
- Organising samples for meetings
- Dealing with costs and margins
- Processing sales/purchase orders
- Parcels – assist with incoming & sending of packages as well as logging these onto the system
- Working closely with factory to ensure the sample/order process are followed, and all critical key dates are met.
- Updating/managing critical path and keeping on top of order status both customer & factory
- Participate in Trade meetings
- Attend customer meetings as and if required
- General Office duties

Key skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office packages, in particular excel & outlook
- Ability to always meet deadlines set
- Able to pick things up quickly and work in a tight knit team
- Strong communication skills & presentational skills
- Industry Knowledge desirable but not essential
