The Role
The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of our Global luxury automotive account. You will be responsible for the smooth delivery of integrated campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our output meets the highest standards of modern luxury. At the absolute forefront of this role is the adoption and integration of AI tools, particularly WPP Open, to drive efficiencies in content creation, project management, and reporting. You will act as a crucial, reliable link between the agency and the client, ensuring excellence is delivered at pace whilst enthusiastically embracing technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the account, ensuring flawless delivery from brief to activation.
- Utilise AI-powered tools and platforms at the forefront of daily workflows to streamline project management, optimise asset delivery, and support content generation.
- Act as a dependable daily contact for our clients, building strong, trusting relationships and ensuring their operational needs are met with precision.
- Coordinate seamlessly across multi-disciplinary teams—including creative, strategy, media, and production—to ensure alignment and efficiency throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Monitor campaign budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, proactively identifying and mitigating any risks to project delivery.
- Assist in the generation of performance reports, leveraging data and AI agents to pull out actionable insights that inform future marketing strategies.

Skills Required
- Account Management. Proven experience managing day-to-day client relationships and delivering multi-channel campaigns within a fast-paced advertising agency environment.
- AI & Technological Fluency. A strong desire to integrate AI tools and modern platforms into everyday working practices to improve efficiency and campaign outcomes.
- Organisation & Delivery. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to both internal teams and external clients.
- Collaboration. A proactive team player who works effectively across different disciplines and embraces modern, integrated ways of working.
- Automotive or Luxury Affinity. A passion for the luxury and / or the automotive sector and an understanding of the nuances and high standards required to build desire for luxury brands.
