Job Opportunity: Account Manager for M&S Ladieswear

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen with my client, a well-established and highly respected ladieswear supplier to several leading high street retailers. With continued growth and exciting plans for the future, they are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to take ownership of their M&S account, responsible for managing, developing, and growing the business across Ladieswear.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the M&S customer and an existing knowledge of their ways of working. Experience working at M&S in a buying role, or managing the M&S account for a supplier or brand within the last five years, is essential.

Role Overview

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of the M&S account, working closely with both the customer and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of product from initial development through to production and delivery. Hybrid working is offered for this role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
