A small, independent integrated communications consultancy working across life sciences, health and technology. The agency delivers digital and traditional marketing, PR and content for a genuinely varied client base, including biotech, diagnostics and scientific instrumentation businesses, CROs, consumer healthcare brands and health charities.

The structure is deliberately flat, with close access to the founders and senior team. There are no unnecessary layers, internal politics or endless rounds of approval – just thoughtful, high-quality work for interesting clients in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include

  • Take day-to-day ownership of a varied portfolio of scientific, healthcare and technology clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring work is delivered to a consistently high standard.
  • Develop and write engaging content across websites, articles, thought leadership, white papers, case studies, press materials, email campaigns and other digital and traditional channels.
  • Translate complex scientific, clinical and technical information into clear, accurate and compelling content for specialist and non-specialist audiences.
  • Support integrated campaign strategy, account growth and new business opportunities while coordinating projects and mentoring more junior colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This would suit an established Senior Account Manager, or a strong Account Manager ready to step up, who enjoys getting under the skin of technical subjects and producing genuinely strong content. It offers the opportunity to take greater ownership, broaden your experience and work closely with senior decision-makers without the hierarchy and punishing hours often found in larger healthcare agencies.
