Customer Success Lead

Join Our Customer Success Team

As part of our Customer Success team, your role will centres on driving SaaS revenue growth through proactive customer engagement. By leveraging data insights, you’ll proactively identify:

  • Upsell opportunities
  • Churn risks for your customer portfolio

Your strategic guidance and deep product expertise will help customers maximise value from our solution while ensuring long-term success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement

    • Build scalable, value-driven relationships with clients.
    • Deeply understand their finance challenges and guide them toward full adoption of spend management features.
  • Upselling & Revenue Growth

    • Identify new business opportunities based on customer needs.
    • Optimise product use to increase value and retention.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making

    • Measure success using KPIs like engagement, SaaS uplift, and renewals.
    • Interpret customer and product data to forecast revenue.
  • Product Advocate

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather client feedback.
    • Advise on current and future product features.
  • Process Excellence

    • Continuously improve customer journey touchpoints for satisfaction.
    • Contribute to long-term retention strategies.

About You

Successful candidates will have:

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a proactive commercial/enterprise sales role (B2B preferred).
  • Hands-on experience upselling SaaS services/products to existing clients.
  • Fluent in English (C2 level) for seamless communication across teams.
