Your Responsibilities
- Provides day-to-day service and administrative support for client reinsurance programmes, working closely with Account Executives and Brokers
- Supports renewals, adjustments, new business and placement processes, including gathering underwriting information and preparing submission documentation
- Prepares, reviews and issues policy documentation, endorsements, certificates, schedules and other client/market materials accurately and on time
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date client, policy and system records to support reporting and workflow requirements
- Liaises with insurers, underwriters, clients and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and effective handling of queries
- Delivers high-quality client service in line with agreed service levels and KPIs, acting as a key point of contact for routine queries
- Manages invoicing and premium processes, working with internal teams to support collection and ensure timely payments
- Monitors and manages premium payment warranties (PPWs), cancellations and extensions where required
- Conducts, checks and controls (e.g. SPOE checks) to ensure compliance and accuracy across documentation and processes
- Works collaboratively with the Market Security team to ensure that all TOBA’s and Due Diligence has been run for companies Lockton Fac are seeking to trade with.
- Supports account management activities, including identifying risk exposures and contributing to risk and insurance solutions
- Drafts client and market documentation and coordinate timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborates with broking, wording and other internal stakeholders to support effective account delivery
- Ensures prompt and accurate resolution of account and payment-related queries.
- Works with the Commercial BU Operations Lead to ensure internal processes are adhered to and identify areas where efficiency gains could be made whilst ensuring a smooth and seamless level of servicing is maintained.
- Liaises with the Claims team when required to ensure loss advice and claim requests are handled and actioned in a timely manner.

- Experience in Reinsurance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Calm under pressure and able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- An extremely positive attitude and a desire to learn, grow and contribute to a fast-growing team.
- Sound technical understanding of reinsurance documentation, including slips, wordings, and contracts.
- Personable, approachable and willingness to develop relationships internally and externally with relevant stakeholders.
