Job Purpose

We're looking for an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of our existing client relationships — retaining what we've already won, while finding new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell into additional sites within those same companies. That means you'll need to be comfortable making a genuinely cold approach too: reaching out to a new decision-maker at a client's other office or site is very much part of the job, just within companies where we already have a foot in the door. Expect a healthy mix of time in the office and out visiting clients face to face.

The accounts in your portfolio are yours to run end to end — you're the person the client picks up the phone to, and the one who spots the next opportunity, whether that's within a site you already manage or an entirely new office within the same company, before anyone else does. If you get genuine satisfaction from watching a relationship grow over time, this is the role for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
