Role
Due to a year of growth and several new client wins, we are recruiting an Account Manager to join our Client Success team. Your role here will be to:
- Build highly trusted, reliable, responsive, and proactive client relationships
- Support across some of our most valuable and long-standing clients
- Manage the day-to-day execution of advertising campaigns and BAU work, ensuring tasks flow smoothly between the agency and the client on time and on brief
- Take detailed client briefs, manage schedules, and liaise directly with our partners, from job boards to videographers
- Maintain perfect account hygiene, ensuring tracking dashboards, POs, and reporting data are strictly up-to-date and accurate
- Create and analyse precise end-of-campaign reports and actively listen during client calls to spot potential opportunities that are mutually beneficial
- Ensure seamless delivery, working within agreed SLAs and producing work and communications of high quality.

You will need proven experience in an agency, marketing, or client service environment. It is important that you:
- Possess exceptional organisational skills to juggle multiple campaigns, briefs, and deadlines
- Are a clear, confident, and professional communicator on daily client calls, face-to-face meetings, and emails
- Have rigorous attention to detail, meticulously checking work before it goes to the client or your colleagues
- Are highly proactive, chasing internally and externally to keep projects moving forward
- Maintain a positive, resilient, and solution-focused attitude when challenges or shifting priorities arise
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in mathematics and English.
