Account Manager (Managed/Professional Services)

Department: Sales & Solutions

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Hybrid

Description

We’re looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of customers, building strong relationships, driving growth and helping clients get maximum value from everything Wanstor has to offer.

You’ll work closely with customers to understand their priorities, challenges and ambitions, connecting them with solutions across cloud, cyber security, managed services, networking, modern workplace and our growing AI capabilities.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll bring new ideas to customers, identify opportunities to expand and develop accounts, and help organisations understand how emerging technologies — particularly AI and automation — can transform the way they work.

It’s a consultative, commercially focused role where customer success and growth go hand in hand. You’ll have the opportunity to build genuinely strategic relationships, shape technology roadmaps and grow your accounts by delivering real value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
