If you’re a career marketer in the automotive sector and are looking for your next step, then this could be the role for you.
We’re looking for a marketing professional with experience of B2C marketing for franchise dealerships, be that in-house with a dealer group or OEM, or as an agency partner, to join our team of field-based Account Managers in our Marketing Delivery division.
This is a role where you’ll own your client relationships, collaborating with them and leveraging our VoiceBox CXP platform to design and execute CRM strategies that deliver outstanding results.
You’re not a support function; you’re a trusted strategic partner to some of the UK’s most prominent automotive retailers.
Company Description
At TekCor4, we’re transforming the automotive industry with cutting-edge data and marketing solutions. We empower UK dealer groups and OEMs to maximise revenue whilst improving conversion, retention and customer experience, without increasing operational complexity.
What is VoiceBox CXP
VoiceBox CXP is an AI-driven automotive marketing and intelligence platform that unifies sales and aftersales data to predict vehicle and customer events, automate personalised outreach, and drive sustainable profitability.
The Opportunity
As a Marketing Delivery Account Manager, your role is to drive value and growth across a portfolio of our clients within your defined geographic territory; ensuring our clients realise maximum marketing ROI from our suite of solutions.
You’ll operate with autonomy, backed by a product that delivers genuine value and a team that understands the automotive landscape. As this is a field-based role, you will be supported by a team of Account Executives responsible for the tactical delivery of client activities under your coaching and supervision.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
