Like taking ownership and getting things done?

We’re looking for an Account Manager & Marketing Delivery Lead to take day-to-day ownership of an exciting new financial-services client.

You’ll be the person bringing the client, their marketing roadmap and our specialist team together. You’ll keep priorities clear, work moving and communication flowing, while getting hands-on with delivery where your skills are best used.

It’s a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager who wants more ownership, broader marketing exposure and the opportunity to make a real impact on a growing client account.

About SK

SK is a strategic marketing agency working with ambitious financial and technology businesses.

We get under the skin of our clients’ businesses, build tailored marketing strategies and bring together the right combination of strategy, creative and specialist expertise to deliver them.

We’re a collaborative, commercially focused team that cares about doing great work, but also about whether that work actually works.

What you’ll do

At the heart of the role is a simple responsibility: bring multiple marketing workstreams together into one cohesive plan and make sure it gets delivered.

Own the day-to-day client relationship

You’ll be a key point of contact for the client, building strong relationships with stakeholders and becoming someone they trust to keep things moving.

  • You’ll run effective meetings, manage expectations, provide clear updates and make sure conversations turn into actions.
  • You’ll get to know the client’s business and commercial priorities so you understand why the work matters, not just what needs to be delivered.

Own the marketing roadmap

You’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of the client’s marketing roadmap across content, campaigns, CRM, video, sales enablement, SEO, advertising and other initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • You’ll coordinate priorities, timelines, dependencies and approvals, working with the client and SK team to keep everything moving.
  • You’ll maintain clear trackers and reporting so everyone knows what’s happening, what’s next and where decisions or action are needed.

Get involved in delivery

This isn’t an Account Manager role where you simply take a brief and pass it on.

You’ll be comfortable getting involved in the work.

Depending on the project, that could include:

  • Planning and creating B2B content for LinkedIn, websites, blogs and gated content.
  • Writing, editing and QAing copy and campaign materials.
  • Supporting the development of sales decks, prospecting emails and sales-enablement collateral.
  • Managing day-to-day HubSpot activity, including email campaigns, workflows and basic automations.
  • Briefing and coordinating video projects.
  • Supporting webinars, campaigns and community activity.
  • Managing content and campaign approvals.
  • Reviewing results and helping identify opportunities for improvement.

You don’t need to be an expert in every discipline. What matters is that you understand good marketing, can confidently manage the process and are willing to get hands-on when needed.

Bring the right people together

You’ll work alongside SK specialists across strategy, creative, design, content, SEO, advertising and technology.

You won’t be expected to personally deliver specialist SEO or paid advertising work. You’ll work with our experts to make sure they have the right briefs, priorities and client context, and that their recommendations connect with the wider marketing plan.

Your job is to join the dots and keep the account moving.

We expect you’ll have around 3+ years’ relevant experience, ideally gained in an agency, client services or integrated marketing environment.

You might currently be an Account Manager looking for greater ownership, or a strong Senior Account Executive who is ready for the next step.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience managing client relationships and marketing projects.
  • Strong organisational and project-management skills.
  • Excellent written communication, copywriting and editing skills.
  • A good understanding of B2B content and digital marketing.
  • Experience using HubSpot or another CRM and a willingness to get hands-on with it.
  • Confidence communicating with clients and internal specialists.
  • The ability to run an effective meeting and turn conversations into clear actions.
  • Good commercial judgement and an interest in understanding our clients’ businesses.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach when priorities change.
  • The initiative to see what needs doing and make it happen.

Most importantly, you’ll take ownership.

You won’t need to know everything on day one, but you will need the curiosity and initiative to find answers, involve the right people and keep things moving.

You’ll have an advantage if you have

  • Financial-services, wealth-management, professional-services or regulated B2B experience.
  • Experience working on integrated agency accounts.
  • Experience with webinars, video or gated content.
  • Experience with SEO and paid advertising.
  • An interest in AI and how it can improve marketing and agency delivery.

You don’t need to tick every box. If you have strong account-management fundamentals, understand marketing and the role sounds like the natural next step for you, we’d still like to hear from you.
