The Role

As Business Development Account Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business and developing long-term partnerships with beauty and personal care brands. You will lead opportunities from initial outreach through to closing deals and managing ongoing relationships, working closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, brand and retail teams.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Building and developing relationships with prospective clients in the Beauty & Personal Care sector (US market)
  • Identifying, managing and closing new business opportunities
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders in existing partner organisations
  • Managing multi-stakeholder sales processes across brand, marketing and retail teams
  • Negotiating pricing, commercial terms and annual agreements
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting

This role offers significant autonomy, ownership and exposure to global brands.

  • Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule aligned with US time zones, including 3 days a week from 12pm – 8pm and 2 days from 9am – 5pm (UK time).

Experience Required

  • Proven experience in B2B business development and account management
  • Strong consultative sales approach with multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience working with FMCG/CPG brands or marketing-related solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

Desirable:

  • Experience working with beauty brands, product sampling campaigns, or subscription/sample box programmes.

The role is home-based and carries a package of £50,000-£55,000 Basic Salary + 20% Bonus
